1) by Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
You can do any of our Garanti Bank, Euro or TL accounts

2) With our credit cards on our site
You can benefit from online payment or online payment for all kinds of credit cards. Your online payment will be charged at the end of your order.

3) Delivery
We strive to enter the products you have ordered on the same day into the manufacturer's license registration system. However, in some cases (domestic/international public holidays, etc.), the waiting period may occur between the approval of the license information and the approval of the system. In such cases, we aim to deliver your license information to your e-mail address within 2 working days at the latest. You will be informed in case of possible delays in case of delay due to an instant and unexpected reason.

Please ensure that you enter your billing address and license registration e-mail address correctly so that product delivery can be carried out without interruption.
The products from our Istanbul based company will be sent in an electronic environment with MNG cargo company when cargo is required. The orders will be delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 2 (two) working days after your orders have been approved. You can consult with our customer representative to discuss the different delivery conditions. In addition, cargo delivery is only valid for Turkey.

4) Payment Tracking
If the system in question is not able to perform the transaction due to any problems, our visitor is informed about the payment page.
In the event of any error in the address mentioned, the order is made in connection with the order that has not been delivered.
The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by the automatic registration e-mail sent before the order is transferred. Please review your e-mail address at the end of your order. We also have a responsibility to the customer for the delivery of the credit card system as much as the customer.
 
Please be careful!
Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you received. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by attaching the minutes to the cargo company.
It is accepted that the cargo company fulfills its duty completely after the delivery of the product.
If the product is damaged: Please inform the mail to order@rhinocenter.com.tr as soon as possible.
If you carry out these operations, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
